Role Overview The Material Handler I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, staging, kitting, and light assembly. This role helps ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently to meet customer and business needs. Success in the first 6–12 months includes consistently producing high-quality work, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting operational priorities. The role works closely with the Distribution Center team to keep product moving efficiently throughout the facility. What You’ll Do Perform various distribution functions, including shipping, picking, packing, labeling, receiving, kitting, and light assembly Load and unload containers and trailers by hand Stage products based on customer orders and assist with organizing and maintaining existing inventory Operate a hand pallet jack and other assigned equipment Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds Assist with other projects and duties as assigned What It Takes 0+ years of related experience; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail Ability to work continuously and support business needs Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business requirements.
