Step into a meaningful contract role designed to support students' communication growth across two sites near New Prague, MN. In this position, you’ll provide speech-language services to a diverse K-8th grade caseload, with the flexibility to shape your workweek to fit your needs—choose from four days, Monday through Thursday, or opt to extend your schedule into Friday.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Minnesota
• Experience or training serving school-age children from kindergarten through 8th grade
• Teletherapy skills and comfort with online service platforms are a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• A positive, student-centered approach adaptable to both in-person and virtual settings
• Eager recent graduates, SLP-CFs, and SLPA candidates are all welcome to apply

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for students on your caseload
• Create targeted intervention plans and maintain accurate progress records
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support students’ learning
• Work between two school sites, enhancing continuity and quality of care
• Engage in IEP meetings and documentation as needed
• Enjoy a consistent schedule with no summer hours and a clear end date in early June
