Maintenance Technician II 2nd Shift

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician II to help keep a highly automated production facility operating safely and efficiently. Global leader in reusable packaging solutions for the produce industry. Their Mesquite facility processes nearly 200,000 reusable containers each day using advanced automation, conveyor systems, and industrial washing equipment.
The operation supports a sustainable supply chain by cleaning, sanitizing, drying, and preparing reusable containers for distribution to major grocery retailers across the country. To keep production running efficiently, the company relies on a skilled maintenance team focused on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Pay: $31.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM, with optional overtime available on weekends
Location: Mesquite, TX (Reliable transportation required)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, PLC, conveyor, washer, and facility systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend maintenance tools and supplies
- Assist with training team members and supporting daily operational need
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or high-volume conveyor environment
- Minimum 3 years of PLC troubleshooting and advanced electrical maintenance experience
- Experience with motors, conveyors, water systems, industrial washers, and facility maintenance
- Education, training, or certification in industrial electronics, welding, or wash systems
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
