Store Manager

Simkhai is seeking a passionate Store Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the team at our new Bal Harbour store. This unique opportunity will have direct collaboration with corporate HQ in LA, participate in lucrative marketing activations locally and be the pillar of a growing DTC brand. Objectives for this role include providing transformational service to our customers, developing and leading the in-store talent, and meeting/exceeding established KPI targets. Responsibilities: Client Experience- Lead stylists and team members to deliver an exceptional, elevated, and luxury in-store experience at all times. Client Development- Drive a client retention mindset by building a culture of appointment-based selling, cultivating loyal repeat clients, and delivering a highly personalized, transformative service experience. Communication- Build strong, collaborative relationships with store teams, cross-location partners, and HQ. Lead with professionalism and ensure clear, consistent communication to proactively address and resolve any issues. Team Development- Collobrate with HR on the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of top talent. Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and touchpoints to ensure the team operates with clear expectations, strong performance, and alignment with brand standards. Local Partnerships- Partner with HQ to strategically plan and execute in-store events. Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community by building meaningful relationships with partners and cultivating opportunities for seasonal collaborations. Merchandising- Maintain a visually compelling, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom. Uphold visual merchandising standards and collaborate with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure assortment aligns with store demand. Operations- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including back-of-house organization, POS processes, RTVs, inventory receiving and management, supply replenishment, consignments, omnichannel fulfillment, and daily reporting. Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized, and reflective of brand standards. Business Acumen- Analyze KPIs and sales performance to identify trends and drive strategic initiatives. Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and present weekly insights during store manager calls. Store Scheduling- Develop and manage team schedules to align with business needs, optimize coverage, and support overall store performance. Requirements: Must have 5+ years of previous luxury retail management experience Must possess client book and have the willingness to clientele personally to achieve sales targets Must have ability to proactively find new avenues of business via local partnerships and events Must be savvy in Shipping/Receiving workflows and inventory control management Must have ability to maintain Omnichannel order fulfillment according to guidelines and targets set by HQ Must have demonstrated excellent coaching & selling skills Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must have strong business acumen Must have ability to run and analyze data, sales reports and KPIs Must have demonstrated ability to problem solve quickly and compassionately Must be passionate about the brand and willingness to be the leading representative Must believe in transformational customer service Ability to be on feet, lift boxes up to 20 pounds Must have High School Diploma or equivalent required Must have Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Shopify POS We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) and PTO Additionally, we offer a generous clothing allowance & uniforms from the collection and 50% employee discount off retail.
