How you'll make an impact in this role

• Designing Personal Recovery Paths: You'll conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, translating complex clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care.
• Delivering Hands-On Excellence: Using evidence-based techniques, you will provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique physiological and emotional needs.
• Empowering Families: Recovery doesn't happen in a vacuum. You'll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the plan of care.
• Leading the Care Team: You will serve as a clinical mentor, overseeing the activities of PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain our high standard of collaborative excellence.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
