A Place At Home – Somerville is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team!

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment

• Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and reassurance

• Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes or concerns

• Follow the established plan of care

• Communicate with the office and care team to ensure continuity of care

• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care throughout each shift

• Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification

• Reliable transportation

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
