Assignment details: Contract length: 14 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
