Associate Sales Manager

RMS USA seeks a motivated, results-driven Associate Sales Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic North Andover, MA, sales team. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue. Support the sales manager in managing retailer partnerships across varied toy categories. Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, retail dynamics, and consumer needs. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales initiatives and promotional strategies are aligned. Represent RMS USA at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners to enhance engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a junior sales role. (preferred, but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to prioritize and navigate a fast-paced work environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
