Learn and build proficiency in customer service while concurrently providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store. Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as demonstrating coverage, explaining plan benefits, and troubleshooting. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless, run‑around‑free environment. Identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships, while maintaining accountability for the company’s success. Ideal candidate A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of our customer advocates and build meaningful connections with customers. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices while providing resolutions to issues. Effectiveness at balancing customer experience and performance goals. At least 6months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
