This role will support current and projected patient volume while ensuring timely OASIS completion, safe caseload management, and high-quality patient care. This is a full-time opportunity from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. This position is at Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency, affiliated with NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital.
