Design Coordinator - Multi-Family Housing

Design. People. Trust LRS Architects is looking for a Design Coordinator for our Multi-Family Housing Studio. You'll play a key role in the development and coordination of housing projects from early design through construction. Working closely with Design Managers, Design Leads, consultants, and project teams, you'll help transform design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions that support our clients' goals and strengthen communities. Requirements Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery Experience preparing and coordinating construction documents Strong organizational and time management skills Effective verbal, written, and graphic communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Skills And Experience We Value Experience working on multifamily housing, mixed-use, affordable housing, workforce housing, student housing, senior living, or similar residential projects Knowledge of residential building codes, accessibility requirements, and housing design principles Experience coordinating consultant work, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines Ability to develop and coordinate technical documentation through multiple project phases Understanding of construction materials, building systems, detailing, and constructability Experience supporting projects through construction administration Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Progress toward architectural licensure or professional certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LRS Architects, Inc.
