Employee Health Registered Nurse

Northbay Medical Center is seeking multiple Employee Health Registered Nurses for 13-week assignments.

Shift: Hours will be between 0700-1800 Up to 5 days per week. 8 hour shifts.

Hours per week: 24hrs

Duties:

Assists with the care and management of the employee's health. Primary focus is support of Employee Health clinics including but not limited to Flu and Respiratory Fit Testing. Assists with back up tasks to the Employee Health RN Coordinators as requested only for support of new hires medical clearance review, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness for duty, organizational requirements and wellness initiatives.

Skills:

Knowledge in Worker's Compensation regulations and claims experience strongly preferred.

Clinical skills and injections. Ability to run specific clinics and document results in computer. OJT training will be provided for specified software.

Education: BSN required. Graduated from an accredited nursing school or college. Certification in Occupational Health nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Active, unrestricted California RN license required. License must be in good standing throughout employment. AHA or equivalent BLS required.

Experience: Three years professional-level experience in clinical nursing required. One year of Employee and Occupational Health nursing preferred. One year of case management experience preferred.

Pay weekly: $63.00hr
