Manufacturing Tech Lead, M-F 8:30 AM to 5PM

PCI Pharma Services

Manufacturing Technician III/IV leadership role overseeing complex pharmaceutical and medical device production operations. Directs teams in aseptic compounding, filling, packaging, and equipment operations while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing teams in completing daily production tasks and schedules
Operate aseptic filling equipment, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and sterilization systems
Mentor and train less experienced staff on aseptic techniques and procedures
Prepare solutions, dispense products, and perform vial and component preparation under sterile conditions
Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation; troubleshoot equipment and process deviations

Requirements

2-4 years pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience in finished dose form
Strong aseptic techniques and fill-finish operations knowledge
Experience reviewing and creating controlled manufacturing documents
High school diploma minimum
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand 6 hours continuously
Capability to work variable shifts up to 10 hours as needed
