Cecil Burt - State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated Financial Services Representative to help individuals and families work toward their financial protection and long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct conversations to understand customers' financial protection needs
• Identify opportunities involving life insurance and health-related coverage
• Explain financial services and insurance options in a clear, customer-friendly manner
• Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and eligibility
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Build a strong referral and relationship-based business
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures
• Deliver a professional, responsive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Required qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license required
• Financial services, life insurance, health insurance, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment
• Professional judgment and a customer-first approach

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in financial services or insurance sales
• Experience discussing life insurance, health insurance, or financial protection strategies
• Existing customer relationship or referral-building experience
• Additional financial services licenses or credentials, if applicable
