What You’ll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Own payroll for about 1,200 employees across multiple states and divisions \n
- Run weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles accurately and on time \n
- Keep payroll compliant with federal, state, and local regulations \n
- Lead a two-person team, plus interns \n
- Maintain accurate payroll records \n
- Partner with teams across the business to resolve issues \n
- Research problems and recommend improvements \n
What You’ll Need to be Considered
\n- \n
- 5+ years of payroll experience \n
- Working knowledge of Excel \n
- Oracle and Paylocity experience \n
- Multi-state payroll experience \n
- Comfort juggling multiple pay frequencies \n
- Payroll team management experience \n
