FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY
DIRECT HIRE | HYBRID | BRYAN, TEXAS
SALARY: $100,000–$120,000 BASE + PERFORMANCE BONUSES + GROWTH

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Family Law Attorney to join our highly respected and passionate team near College Station, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and be capable of managing family law cases independently from start to finish. Qualifications:

Active Texas law license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing family law.
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a team-driven environment.
Proven experience developing client relationships and managing litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all stages of family law cases including custody, divorce, modifications, and enforcement.
Develop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them with clear communication and honest counsel.
Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to ensure comprehensive legal preparation.
Maintain accurate legal documentation and client records using firm systems and tools.
Contribute to firm culture with a team-first attitude and commitment to high standards.
