**Exciting Opportunity for a CT Tech!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** CT Tech - **Specialty:** Radiology / Cardiology - **Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) - **Experience Required:** 1 year(s) **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform CT scans, focusing on: - Abdomen and Pelvis - Chest - Brain perfusion - Vascular CTA - Conduct special procedures: - Biopsies* - CT arthrography* - Utilize equipment effectively, including: - GE 16 slice scanner - Siemens and Fuji x-ray systems - GE C-arm for MBS studies - Ensure patient safety through: - Isolation precautions - Radiation safety protocols - Preparation and administration of contrast media - Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture* **Additional Details:** - **Float Requirement:** Yes (may float to nearby medical center) - **Call Requirement:** Yes (2-3 nights/week) - **Weekend Shifts:** Dependent on schedule - **Patient Population:** Specialty Rehabilitation Hospital - 10 bed LTACH/ICU - 46 bed inpatient rehabilitation - **Charting System:** Epic (preferred) **Qualifications:** - Must hold certifications: - ARRT CT - ARRT R - BLS - Strong background in older GE and Siemens CT scanners preferred - Flexibility to accommodate block schedules: - Primarily covering Monday-Thursday - Expectation to float to cover staffing needs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
