Your legacy of excellence begins when you join us at Forest Hills Care & Rehab Currently available shifts: 6:00pm to 6:00am Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday Pay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Now offering $26 - $30 per hour depending on experience. Shift Differential Pay Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assess and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience is preferred Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma is required Valid CPR certification Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
