Lead Physical TherapistAt MLee Healthcare we are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to bring their expertise to help take on a fast paced hospital system in the surrounding Savannah, GA area. Providing treatment interventions to patients/clients that are safe, timely, effective, efficient, patient-centered, and equitable, in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Work in collaboration with patients and families, physical therapy staff, the department leadership team and the interdisciplinary team, and to plan and support the care provided for patients and their familiesSupport day to day clinical operations in physical therapy, including the coordination of patient care, patient prioritization, patient assignments, patient triage, patient discharge, staffing and professional developmentClinical decision making, evaluating and re-evaluating patients/clients using knowledge of the principles and methods of patient/client assessment and on-going reassessment to develop and modify effective assessments and treatment plansRequirements:Doctorates of Physical Therapy DegreeBachelor's Degree of Science1 – 3 Years of ExperiencePhysical Therapy LicensureBLS
