Club Operations ManagerThis position is responsible for maintaining club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Based on location, these responsibilities may include pool vacuuming and testing, adjusting pool water chemicals, arcade repair and testing (if applicable), indoor soccer turf repair and maintenance (if applicable), plumbing, light electrical and painting.Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.Maintain a clean, safe work environment.Greet members and guests throughout the property.Understand and anticipate the needs of the propertyBe attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
