What are we looking for? A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience A collaborative team-player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success What would you bring to the table? 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What would your job responsibilities be? Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards What will it be like working for us?
