What you’ll own Local growth playbook: open houses, trial classes, partnerships (eg. school/community) KPI tracking & performance optimization (conversion, enrollment, revenue) Cross-functional execution with Sales/BD + Marketing + Curriculum What you’ll do Lead day-to-day operations across centers with Center Directors to deliver a safe, high-quality learning environment Coach and develop center teams with clear accountability tied to growth metrics Use market/competitor insights to refine programs and launch new offerings Communicate program value + student outcomes to families ( English + Chinese ) What we’re looking for 3+ years in education operations/program management (multi-site a plus) Proven track record hitting growth KPIs (enrollment/revenue/conversion) Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written) Why this role High ownership, high visibility, and real impact—you’ll directly shape how we grow in New York.
