Join Our Team as a Concrete Laborer!

We are looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team, where they will be responsible for setting up forms, installing reinforcements, and pouring/finishing concrete with construction machines or hand-mixing tools. Job responsibilities include focusing on pouring concrete, but they might also be tasked with other concrete/labor related duties.

Ultimately, you will work with other construction experts on various job sites to pour concrete and construct various types of concrete structures as needed and do so with attention to detail in a timely manner.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and handling hazardous materials. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, punctual, reliable, and be a hard worker in various weather conditions.

Job Duties

• Set up forms

• Pour and finish concrete

• Install reinforcements

• Light Traveling to for site work

• Willingness to operate equipment in a safe manner or under direct supervision

• Use variety of hand tools to complete necessary work

• Cleaning, lubricating, and performing regular safety checks on equipment.

• Execute and complete detail-oriented tasks under pressure

• Minimum 40 hrs/week

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of age - No Exceptions

• Driver’s license or transportation to/from work

• Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands

• Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials

• Ability to measure accurately and read specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification

• OSHA 30 Certification

• Forklift Operator Training

• Commercial driver’s license
