Work Environment\nAs a remote employee of KCPro Counseling and Well-Being Center, you will enjoy a flexible working environment that emphasizes work-life balance and allows you to provide quality care from the comfort of your own home. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule while focusing on your mental health practice.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions suitable for diverse client needs. \n
- Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client circumstances. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical records that ensure compliance with strict confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including adherence to HIPAA regulations. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a collaborative care approach. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve treatment outcomes and share best practices within the team. \n
- Educate and support clients and their families, providing them with valuable resources and information about mental health conditions and treatment options. \n
- Stay updated with the latest research in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic techniques and client care. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- An active and valid license to practice as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, enabling personalized care. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy. \n

- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling. \n
