We're seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Designer to design apparel that fuses performance with precision. This role sits at the heart of ThruDark's design identity - developing products that deliver under pressure while maintaining refined aesthetic standards and brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal design concepts and detailed product sketches.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Illustration teams to finalise designs.
• Select fabrics, trims, and colourways that align with brand direction and performance requirements.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure all designs remain innovative, functional, and durable.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial awareness and practicality in execution.
