Mr. Lawn is a quality and customer service-oriented Company, looking for qualified, hard-working, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, to join our team. We are looking for a Lawn Care Professional to help grow the lawn care division of our company. Customer service is a key element of the position, as well as leadership, and sales and marketing. Good communication skills and high attention to detail are a must! We provide top of the line equipment and offer a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Pay: Up to $60,000 per year or more with bonuses.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to): Daily preparation of truck, equipment, and inventory. Managing employees and providing customer service to customers.

Driving to client's properties, performing and managing application tasks on client's properties, monitoring lawn and landscape for potential problems, communicating directly with clients and with other team members.

Job requirements: Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated, willing to learn, have a professional appearance, have excellent communication skills, and must have a valid North Dakota driver’s license.

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Provide professional Horticultural Consultations to clients.
• Responsible for providing proper seeding, weed control, fertilization, pest control practices while following an integrated pest management system.
• Proactively seek out new customers and encourage current customers to add enhancement services as appropriate.
• Ensure communication takes place between customers and employees. Resolve all customer concerns that may arise.
• Minor mechanical troubleshooting on pumps and application equipment to ensure proper calibration.
• Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times.
• Manage production in an efficient and timely matter according to customer’s program and contract.
• Be a good steward of company time, resources, and money.

• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing workplace is important, able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Be committed to high quality performance including accuracy and thoroughness while working safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good attendance, be consistently on time and dependable. Project an organized, neat, and professional demeanor and image.

Educational Background, Experience, and/or Additional Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States is required.
• Certified Applicator License holder or able to attain.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, drive, stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, reach for objects, lift up to 50 pounds and/or drag up to 100 pounds with daily regularity.

The position will be primarily working outdoors on residential and commercial properties; while working outdoors this position will encounter varying, sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperatures, and environmental factors. These possibly include dust, pesticides, smoke, debris, and loud noise.
