Lead CRNA / Supervisor - The Villages, FloridaLocation: The Villages, Florida - Lake Sumter Landing | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $295,000The OpportunityA well-established and highly regarded ophthalmology ambulatory surgery center in The Villages, Florida is seeking an experienced Lead CRNA to join their outstanding team in a supervisory leadership capacity. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity offering a competitive base salary of $295,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, enhanced quarterly team performance bonuses, an efficiency bonus, and a 4-day work week with no call, no nights, and no weekends. In addition to providing outstanding clinical anesthesia care you will take on leadership duties that make a meaningful impact on the team and the practice. With 6 weeks of PTO plus additional paid surgeon dark days and 100% eye cases in a clean and efficient outpatient environment - this position is designed for an experienced CRNA ready to take the next step in their career. You will serve as a resource and mentor for fellow CRNAs, contribute to team performance and quality initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the practice.
