Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards
- Master all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory and stay updated with new product rollouts
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and promptly report any issues
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks efficiently
- Adhere consistently to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code
Qualifications & Skills
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a cheerful attitude
- Customer service focused and enjoys helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift regularly as required
