Base pay range $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers professionally and courteously. Complete system installations, demonstrate the functionality of water and ice machines, and address customer questions and concerns. Perform maintenance and repairs on RO systems and ice machines. Install water tubing through walls and ceilings as part of the cooler installation process. Efficiently complete assigned service routes. Communicate effectively with other team members. Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and use company equipment properly. Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school education. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. Minimum 1-year experience as a service or maintenance technician. Prior experience in installing and servicing commercial RO and ice systems is a plus. Plumbing experience is preferred. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to operate iPad and update information in CRM. Ability to work independently yet know when to ask questions to accomplish the job. Must be able to commute to the distribution center daily. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. Ability to climb and descend ladders. Ability to work in confined or small spaces. Proficiency in using hands and operating power tools.
