Payroll ManagerWe're seeking a motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and inspire a team of Payroll professionals at our Catonsville, Maryland home office. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll leader who will oversee end-to-end payroll operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible.Education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs are available.Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age.Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate officesExtensive employee discount programs.Compensation:Commensurate with experience from $91,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonusCompetitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state lawHow you will make an impact:Lead the day-to-day operations of the Payroll team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processingTrain, and develop Payroll staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance managementOversee all payroll activities, including regular and off-cycle payments, audits, and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and stay current on regulatory changesManage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and analysis, including ad hoc data requestsDrive process improvements and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and standard operating documentationSupport payroll systems, including upgrades, testing, and technical enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersWhat you will need:Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience with Workday (required) and UKG (preferred)Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systemsHeadquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, Erickson Senior Living is one of the country's largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care with a growing, national network of communities.
