Procurement Coordinator

Heilind Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing activities for our wholesale electronics distribution business. In this role, you will create and manage purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and maintain optimal inventory levels for interconnect, electromechanical, and sensor products. You will work closely with suppliers, sales, and operations teams to resolve shortages, expedite critical orders, and ensure data accuracy in our ERP system. This position offers strong training, exposure to global supply chains, and growth opportunities in a stable, employee-focused company.
