Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this home- and community-based role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving safety and independence for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You’ll provide hands-on therapy, monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate patients and families.
