Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant - Clinician & Mentor

Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to guide pediatric clinical operations and mentor the assistant team across two locations. You will lead the daily team, ensure standards, train staff, and assist chairside as needed, becoming both a clinician and mentor in an expanding practice.
