Real-Time Medical Scribe — EHR Partner in Patient Care
Northwestern Memorial Healthcare
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Medical Scribe to accurately document patient encounters in real time under provider supervision within the EHR system. You will identify yourself to patients, accompany providers during exams, and record histories, procedures and test results while maintaining strict confidentiality. A strong command of medical terminology and attention to detail is essential.
