Warehouse Manager

Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and transportation activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and leading warehouse teams to success.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse logistics and inventory management within a manufacturing or food production setting.Shift: 3 PM- 11:30 PMManage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and transportation logisticsDevelop and implement warehouse procedures, SOPs, and GMPsMaintain accurate inventory controls and establish minimum/maximum stock levelsEnsure inventory accuracy and proper lot tracking/traceabilityCoordinate loading dock schedules and supplier appointmentsMonitor product quality and ensure proper handling and storage proceduresCollaborate with production teams to forecast inventory needsLead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while promoting a strong team environmentIdentify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunitiesResolve issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect shipmentsEnsure all warehouse activities comply with safety and food manufacturing standardsRequirementsPrevious warehouse management experience requiredExperience in food manufacturing or production environments preferredStrong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse logisticsExperience developing SOPs and GMP documentationStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeBilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not requiredBachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyComfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentOur Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
