Why You'll Love This Opportunity * Home most weekends * Paid from the moment you leave your home (or shop) until you return * Significant overtime opportunities with time-and-a-half after 40 hours * Travel can quickly push annual earnings into the $80,000-$100,000+ range * Corporate credit card provided for all business expenses * Weekly expense reimbursement * Family-oriented culture that values work-life balance and flexibility * Strong internal support team—you'll never be on an island * Growing international business with opportunities to travel globally What You'll Do * Install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer facilities * Assist with machine assembly and testing at the manufacturing facility prior to shipment * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues * Perform equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and customer training * Work closely with engineering and technical support teams to resolve field issues * Travel approximately 75% throughout North America with occasional international travel What We're Looking For * Experience as a Field Service Technician, Machine Builder, Maintenance Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role * Strong electrical troubleshooting skills * Mechanical aptitude and experience working on industrial machinery or automated equipment * Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams * Experience with photo eyes,servo motors, VFDs, sensors, drives, and automated equipment * Packaging industry experience is highly preferred, but not required * Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to changing priorities Compensation & Benefits * $30-$40/hour based on experience * Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours * Travel time paid * Profit-sharing program * 401(k) * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage * Three weeks PTO * Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle If you're looking for a company where employees are valued, management is accessible, and your efforts directly contribute to growth and success, we'd love to hear from you.
