We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Marketing & Scheduling Director to manage our corporate marketing department and lead appointment-setting operations. Please note: This is an individual contributor role focused on direct execution, not personnel management. You will personally make all marketing calls and schedule all appointments across our 6 regional locations. This position offers complete creative freedom over the department's strategies while challenging your direct salesmanship, phone execution, and organizational skills to provide a white-glove experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all marketing department workflows, strategies, and activities from our corporate headquarters.
• Personally execute high-volume outreach, making all marketing calls and scheduling appointments for all 6 company locations.
• Nurture member relationships directly, providing an exceptional, high-touch customer experience that maintains brand trust.
• Maintain complete organizational control over the centralized scheduling matrix across multiple regions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales, marketing, or high-volume appointment-setting experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities to handle multi-site scheduling.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work completely independently with limited oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vacation ownership (timeshare) sales or marketing.
• Industry awards or accolades demonstrating top-tier efficiency and performance in direct sales and outreach.
