La Villa Grande Care Center, a Stellar Living community in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to seniors in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. In this resident-centered role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
