Job Summary This role involves delivering therapeutic occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed therapist, following a written plan of care to achieve established goals. The practitioner provides treatment, assists in discharge planning, and communicates patient progress in accordance with professional licensure, scope of practice, and departmental policies. Additionally, they may supervise clinical students, support staff, and volunteers, fostering a caring environment that promotes health and healing. They are responsible for producing reports as needed and performing other assigned duties.
