Lead a High-Performing Insurance Agency While Helping Clients Protect What Matters Most
S Koshy Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced insurance professional with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license to lead agency operations, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding service to individuals, families, and business owners. An active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred.
This position is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching others, developing client relationships, and growing an insurance agency through exceptional customer service and consultative sales.
As part of a Farmers Insurance agency, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, support clients with their insurance needs, and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

About the Role
As the Insurance Agency Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day agency operations while supporting sales growth, client retention, and team development. You'll work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help achieve agency goals.
This role is well suited for someone with strong leadership skills, insurance knowledge, and a passion for helping clients and developing people.
Responsibilities
Agency Leadership
Lead and support daily agency operations.
Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and agency goals.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Help implement sales and customer service strategies.
Sales & Business Development
Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Help achieve agency sales and retention goals.
Client Service
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship.
Conduct policy reviews and identify additional coverage opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing product and leadership training.
Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and industry requirements.
Continue developing leadership, communication, and sales skills.

Qualifications
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
Valid driver's license
Strong leadership and communication skills
1-5 years of Insurance sales, agency operations, or customer service experience
Ability to build lasting client relationships
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Active Life & Health Insurance License
Experience in insurance sales or agency operations
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or multi-line insurance
Business development or account management experience
Financial readiness to support long-term agency growth opportunities
