The Project Manager is responsible for leading launch initiatives and associated facility or process improvement projects from conception through completion. Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations. Address stakeholder requirements proactively and foster strong customer relationships. Essential Skills Program management Engineering Experience in the automotive industry APQP program launch Proficiency in Microsoft Project Project management AutoCAD Japanese language skills Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of program management/launch experience Understanding of APQP 5-phases Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) Experience in Japanese manufacturing or language (preferred) Work Environment The work environment is primarily office-based within an automotive component supplier setting, involving interaction with multiple teams such as Engineering and Sales. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Shelbyville, KY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
