Note: Must have 3+ years of construction project management experience and 1+ year of direct fire protection or fire suppression systems experience. NICET Level III certification is strongly preferred. Job Description Lead multiple fire protection installation projects from initial planning through final completion, keeping scope, schedule, budget, and quality on track. Coordinate project plans, specifications, contracts, fire suppression systems, alarms, and related safety infrastructure. Direct on‑site teams and provide clear leadership to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Partner with clients, subcontractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong project communication. Review construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities. Monitor project costs, schedules, progress, and performance while preparing clear project status updates. Conduct or support site inspections and audits to ensure work meets applicable building codes, fire safety regulations, and industry standards. Apply knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 72, NFPA 2001, and commercial fire protection requirements throughout project execution. Manage competing priorities across concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail. Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and opportunities effectively to leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years of construction project management experience. 1+ year of fire protection, fire suppression, or closely related systems experience. Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or other complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, project plans, contracts, scheduling, and cost management. Working knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 72, NFPA 2001, fire safety regulations, and applicable construction standards. Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients and other stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills. Construction site experience with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. NICET Level III certification preferred. Valid driver's license required.
