Direct Hire Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift) $40.81/hr Location: LaVergne, TN Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM

We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to work directly for our client at their LaVergne facility. What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability and plant uptime
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs (SAP PM/CMMS)
- Manage budgets and spare parts inventory
- Lead root cause analysis and lead corrective actions
- Ensure safe and compliant maintenance operations
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet goals
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 37 years of relevant maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proficiency with SAP PM or similar CMMS software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
