Job Details Location : Agua Caliente, Cathedral City, CA 92234 Position Type : Part Time Summary Responsible for minor maintenance of slot machines. Assigned a pouch bank during the shift for making change for guests and processing small handpays. Provides excellent service to guests, explaining the various games available in the casino. Responsibilities Adhere to all aspects of the Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements. Process slot jackpot payouts and handpays accurately using the approved system of internal controls while assigned a pouch bank during the shift. Maintain a clean and orderly working environment. Replenish slot machines with ticket paper as needed per internal controls. Inspect slot machines for signs of fraudulent activity. Process slot jackpots according to internal controls. Retrieve cash or tickets stuck in slot machines. Generate manual slot and handpay tickets. Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED required. Must pass Slot Math test. Must be able to communicate in English. Previous gaming experience preferred. Working Conditions & Physical Demands The position requires standing, moving, walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/work station throughout the shift in a smoke‑filled environment. Typical work location is an office environment; noise level moderate but can increase in casino settings. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, or carry goods weighing at least 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
