Job Title: Electronics Technician Reporting To: Leader, Performance Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Assemble parts in specified relationship to each other. Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together. Phase out, repair, and evaluate units and PCBs. Operate production and conventional test equipment and tools (e.g., DVM, oscilloscope). Troubleshoot problems to discrete component levels. Work at different workstations and/or in different cells as production needs require. Report directly to line lead of the work cell. Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings. Perform programming and troubleshoot issues found during programming of PCBs. Perform tests on products per engineering specifications. Document unit failures and record trends. Keep records on updates and modifications. Ensure product traceability. Ensure product quality through consistency. Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering to capture issues found during troubleshooting. Request additional parts needed for specified job orders from Stockroom. Ensure FOD/5S practices are followed to maintain clean and orderly workstations. Qualifications Technical associate degree/certification or 5+ years’ experience as a technician. Intermediate knowledge of digital and analog electronics. Advanced soldering skills. Ability to use all types of hand tools, and some small power tools. Ability to train other technicians/assemblers. Ability to track trends in failures. Strong communication skills. Work Schedule Monday – Thursday, 10‑hour shifts (Onsite – Mineral Wells, TX) Salary Range Hourly: $28.00–$33.00 (Mineral Wells, TX) Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
