Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California Location: Huntington Beach, California Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits Are you a dedicated LPCC passionate about delivering quality mental health care remotely? We are seeking empathetic, skilled, and licensed counselors to provide virtual therapy services to clients across California. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems. Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions. Active LPCC license in California (required). Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred. Comfortable using telehealth platforms. Strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills. Competitive pay structure (hourly or salaried).
