Technical Recruiter Opportunity
Due to unprecedented, rapid growth opportunities, ITS is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client hiring needs.
- Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology.
- Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.
- Strong time management skills a must.
