What We're Looking For

1 year of apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs is a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual ability is a plus
