Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant

Overview Salary: $20.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 3 weeks paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 6%. Responsibilities Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment. Execute cleaning in accordance with the store cleaning matrix. Perform light maintenance on all store equipment. Observe safety and security procedures. Report unsafe conditions to the General Manager. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Availability for mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts as well as weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces. Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Proficiency in operating all equipment necessary to run the store. Good vision and depth perception. Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds. Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated places. Experience with the use of cleaning chemicals. Ability to work with minimal supervision at a rapid pace for extended shifts of 10 hours or more. Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year.
