Job Opportunity – Vascular Surgeon – Minnesota

Start Date: December 1, 2026 (pending credentialing)

Location: Minnesota

Schedule: 24-hour pager coverage with inpatient rounding and consults. Minimal clinic coverage may be available. Seeking providers who can cover extended stretches. Anticipate 1-2 call backs per week on average.

Highlights:

• Level 1 trauma center with primary focus on emergent vascular surgery coverage
• 95%+ inpatient case mix with average of 3-5 total cases per week
• 1-2 consults per week and 1-2 urgent/emergent cases per week
• Epic EMR system in place
• Opportunity for modest clinic coverage for surgical referrals and postoperative visits over time
• Ongoing opportunity with potential for 3-4 providers initially to ensure comprehensive coverage

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion
• Fellowship training required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience
• Demonstrated experience with emergent vascular surgeries, including vascular injury from penetrating trauma and ruptured aortic aneurysm repair
• Active Minnesota state license preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days for clean files
